Overview

We have been consistently involved in the design and development of a matching platform for lawyers and users. There was already an existing system that needed to be restructured. Therefore, we redefined the platform's position, reviewed its functionalities (added necessary functions, removed unnecessary ones, and made improvements), and from a UX/UI perspective, we aimed to improve the conversion rate. We prioritized information based on past tracking data and incorporated these insights into the design.

Background

There was an existing system for this platform, which, despite handling good content, had issues in terms of performance and stability. Therefore, we decided to renew the system to provide a better experience for the clients.

Approach

While referencing the existing system, we started by focusing on UX/UI design without being constrained by its framework, envisioning what the ideal system should be. Since this involved transitioning from the old system, data migration was necessary. We reviewed and redesigned the data structure before proceeding with the system development.
