Due to extensive customization using programs by the vendor, it became difficult for the company to manage the system on their own, leading to dissatisfaction with current operational costs and speed. Additionally, different departments were using separate Salesforce environments, resulting in inefficient data sharing.
We identified the functions to be migrated from the multiple existing Salesforce environments (old environments) to the new environment and aligned the requirements with each department. Our goal was to set up a new integrated environment that minimizes program development, making it easy for the company to manage on their own. We proposed and implemented this solution to ensure an operationally efficient environment. Rather than simply replacing existing functions, we aimed to create an optimized new integrated environment by clarifying the requirements' background and management flow. This approach allowed us to build a system that is easy to maintain and manage internally after deployment. Furthermore, by providing end-to-end support from requirements gathering to construction and operational phases, we are able to offer the best proposals and achieve swift problem-solving for new requests.
We successfully managed the end-to-end process of requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, and release within approximately 8 months, successfully launching a new environment that integrated the old environments. After the launch, we seamlessly addressed requests and issues to ensure daily operations were not disrupted.
